ZONIN PROSECCO CUVEE GREY(BRUT)

A quality sparkling wine, the result of the vinification in a blend of Glera and Pinot Grigio grapes. The origin is the classic Veneto DOC. For the vinification the must is obtained from a sweet crushing of the grapes, where 50% is fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 ºC while the remaining 50% is stored at 0 ºC as an unfermented must. Then everything is combined in pressurized steel vats where the wine is made sparkling following the traditional Charmat method.
