Our French brandies are made from grapes sourced from different regions such as Champagne, the Cognac region and the South of France. The grape varieties harvested are in particular Colombard, Ugni-Blanc or even Chardonnay.

For distillation, the wines are brought to a boil in the still. The vapours of alcohol, water and the myriad aromatic compounds rise and are collected in the condenser to return to a liquid state. This distillation is carried out twice. The brandies are tasted and selected from the various 500-litre oak barrels by our oenologist and our wine connoisseur.
